I read in the November 10th Australia Classified Ads section of your need of Office Administrator. I believe that my education and employment background are appropriate for the position.

My three (3) years working experience at Avon Company as Executive Secretary has given me an opportunity to learn general office duties including filling and encoding records. I am also responsible for opening and sorting office correspondence. In addition, I am familiar with MS Office skills particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Enclosed is a copy of my resume, which more fully details my qualifications for the position.
