Mr. John Roxas
Manager
Lakeroad Engineering Firm
Dubail, Saudi Arabia
Dear Mr. Roxas:
This is with regards to the authenticated records of Mr. Randy S. Banzon which your office needs for his employment abroad.
In this regard, please be informed that the Department of Education Culture and Sports at the time of his graduation from BSCE in 1993 made a mistake of entering Mr. Banzon’ name in the list f 20 BSME graduates for 1992 covered by one (1) special order number.
When he requested for a copy of his OTR and diploma for authentication we discovered the discrepancy. That is why we have to hurriedly request the Commission on Higher Education to cancel the Special Order of 1992 (to which his name was included among BSME graduates) and issue a new one for himself as BSCE graduate to correct said mistake.
Attached hereto is a copy of our file of our request to CHED Region III for the purpose. As soon as we receive his special order, then we can issue him all his credentials needed for authentication.
We are writing your office to assure you that Mr. Banzon’s papers are genuine, authentic and whose veracity is beyond reproach – albeit it would take about two weeks for the most.
We therefore appeal to your kindness to consider the short delay in the compliance of Mr. Banzon with your company’s documentary requirements for his employment abroad.
We hope this matter merit your most kind consideration for the sake of Mr. Banzon and his chance to land a job abroad.
Sincerely,
Mr. Wilfredo Aguila
College Administrator
