The RECOLLECTION of the candidates for graduation was schedules on March 14, 2007 at the Bishop Celso Guevarra Formation Center, Calaguiman, Samal, Bataan. The activity will be from 8:00 A.M. up to 5:00 P.M. including the mass after the final recollection activity.
Please consider the following expenses for the said activity.
Venue – P 3,000.00
Stipend for the recollection master – P 3,000.00
Foods (faculty and recollection master – P 1,200.00
Miscellaneous Expenses – P800.00
TOTAL – P 7,500.00

Don’t you think that the date should be written on extreme right of the letter. We do the same normally.
