2nd Indorsement Letter
Respectfully returned to the Executive Officer, Western University.
It is recommended that the offer of Mr. Luisito Rodriques, Assistant Manager and Executive Officer of the Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Corporation regarding “Scholarship consisting of Free Tuition Fee for the second semester to the best student in Mechanical Engineering in the Sophomore year of the Western University,” be accepted.
To gain time, the undersigned is creating a committee of three faculty members who will recommend the best student in Mechanical Engineering who may be the recipient of this scholarship subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees.
Enclosed is a draft of the reply to Mr. Rodriques.
