Mr. Lorenzo Inez
125 Royale St.
Paranaque City, Pasay

Dear Mr. Inez:

Please permit us to extend to you a hearty welcome to our city and a cordial invitation to make the EME Company your trading home.

We shall be very glad to have you come in and open a charge account; or, if you prefer, fill out the enclosed application and return it to us.  We are pleased to open and continue charge accounts with responsible people, and it will save you a lot of time and bother to say “charge it.”

Today, more than ever, the integrity of the merchant you deal with should be the most important consideration in your purchasing.  We have never lowered our established standards of quality nor lessened our efforts in the search for the best that money can buy in smart new merchandise.

Right now, this fine old store is filled with electric appliances, men and women clothes and accessories, beauty shop accessories and kiddie accessories as well as gift merchandise.

We hope we shall hear from you and wish to assure you that we shall always serve you acceptably.

Sincerely,

Hazelle Ann Mendoza

Letter Giving Credit Account to Customer

April 1st, 2009  |  Published in Miscellaneous Letters

April 25, 2007

Mr. Miguel Alcona
EME Enterprise
Angeles City, Pampanga

Dear Mr. Alcona:

Like making new friends, there is a real satisfaction in adding your name to our long list of charge accounts.

We have just had the pleasure in your case, and we want to take this way of expressing our appreciation, as well as the hope that this may be but the beginning of a long and pleasant business relationship – profitable to you and to us – and that we may enjoy one another’s confidence, friendship, and respect.

In order to explain the general condition under which credit is granted, allow us to state that your account has been opened on a monthly basis.  You may take advantage of the discount for payment within fifteen days after delivery as explained, or you may pay the gross bill by the 15th of the month following date of purchase.

An invoice showing the amount of discount you may deduct, if you pay it within fifteen days, will be forwarded to you shortly after delivery, and you may take advantage of that savings if you care to do so.  Our regular monthly statement is mailed about the first of the month.

Sincerely,

Amanda Perez
Account Manager
