This is to certify that I received an amount of fifteen thousand pesos (Php 15,000.00) from Engr. Mark Anthony Hernandez of the TUP Graduate School representing the payment of a laptop model S21 of generic make.  The laptop comes with the original box and accessories together with the bag given when it was purchased and install software programs for use in engineering education.
