Ms. Merlita Santos
Personnel Director
RedCarpet Company

Dear Ms. Santos:
My qualifications meet exactly your requirements for a receptionist. I am a Mass Communication graduate of Adamson University and I am presently employed as a receptionist in the office of the Dean of the College of Commerce at Adamson. I have held this position for almost four years now.
I am interested in trying out new field – away from school where I have been going practically all my life. I am sure that I will prove to be the efficient receptionist that you so urgently need. My school records show that my Communication subjects, both oral and written, stand at an average of B+.
As a receptionist in the office of Dean Allan, I am given the responsibility of meeting students and parents alike who come from different social levels and with their individual needs and problems. I am happy to say that I have not yet met a problem or a situation that I could not handle.
May I have an interview with you? Please call me at the office between 8-5, Monday through Friday. I believe I can be that receptionist you need.
Sincerely yours,
Ms. Catherine dela Rea
