Mr. Rodell Abunda
#758 Rizzaville St.
Pasig City

Dear Mr. Abunda:

Thank you very much for your order of October 19 for ten boxes of Johnson Shampoo, which we have entered for prompt shipment.

Not having had the pleasure of serving you before, and following our usual custom of going direct to the customer for detailed information concerning his business, we are asking you to fill out and return to us the enclosed blank, so that we may be able to serve you promptly and intelligently.

Our policy is to discuss with our customers matters of mutual importance frankly, and to furnish them from time to time with information concerning trade, market, and business conditions in general.

As soon as we receive the information asked for, we shall ship the order without delay.  We look forward to pleasant future business relations between us.

Very truly yours,

Mr. Aljon Yllana
