I am Archides Valencia, a second year BSN student at the Pampanga Institute main campus and a scholar of Angeles City.
We were informed that part of the taxes being paid by ETHELCOM INC. goes to the scholarship program of the city government and as a beneficiary of that scholarship, I wish to thank you, not only for paying the taxes but especially for paying it early. Please continue the very nice practice of paying taxes early. We hope that ETHECOM INC will be the role model of companies and other establishments in Angeles City so that a government can implement more programs and projects.
